The reset continues. It is more than getting back on the horse with my Medicines. That is a biggie, BTW. Without realizing it I was becoming “un-rooted” from where I need to be to keep growing. The things I do that I enjoy like riding my bikes are getting back into my routine. I rode my Vespa to work this morning in fact. Other things like working on this site & those annoying responsibilities that this thing called life involves are taking on a renewed focus. Even my Music, both listening and making it. However I am not going to overwhelm myself. The 5 day break I just took showed me the value once again of “taking it easy”. On top of all that, that thing called life is something that I will keep trying to make better for me & mine. That cant be reset, that is a given. Helping others is the best way to enjoy life. Those that really know me, know how much I care & for myself I will always, Carry On… MM
